A Body-Centered Approach to Weight Loss
This program supports your ability to move from knowing into DOING by providing the powerful combination of nutrition strategies, mindfulness, and yoga practices to help you manage your eating and weight.
This program is designed to help you manage your weight while enjoying food!
GOALS FOR COURSE:
- Soothe yourself without using food
- Learn nutrition principles that support your potential for energy, weight management, and that prevent cravings
- Create a Daily Practice to Calm your Mind (and stop stress eating)
- Develop mindful eating practices with the support of Yoga
- Differentiate eating in response to biological hunger from eating in reaction to your emotions
- Increase Control of your eating behaviors without dieting
