Sports Nutrition Coaching is recommended if you:

As a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist, Debra provides nutritional coaching. If you are an athlete who would like nutritional guidance, she would like to help you optimize your athletic performance. She is well qualified to interpret the latest research in sports nutrition and convert it into practical and individualized dietary recommendations. Debra knows that as an athlete, you have unique nutritional needs based on your level and type of training, medical history, training goals, daily schedule and personal preferences. Since I can remember, I have been involved in sports. I have always felt that I had a good grasp on a healthy lifestyle. Since college, I have been competing in quarter and half ironman events, however, in the last two years I have noticed training has become increasingly harder on my body. I felt I was fighting to maintain a certain athletic look. It seemed like I had to work twice as hard, was twice as tired, and hungry all the time. Finally, I decided enough was enough, so I put my macho ego aside and saw a nutritionist. It was instantly life changing. Debra was very detailed in finding the perfect meal plan for my lifestyle. I do not even consider myself on a "diet". I immediately felt like my body was 19 again. I no longer went to bed achy or woke up extremely tired. I had more energy through out the day than I ever had before. Not only that, I was able to maintain my weight in muscle and gain back the look I was hoping for. Debra helped me meet the ultimate goal that I didn't think was achievable before walking into her office.
